This ongoing project explores how motherhood is shaped by inherited memory, environment, and temporality within the artist’s matrilineal lineage. Tracing familial narratives, the work examines how each generation carries the imprint of the previous one. Symbolic elements translate intangible memories into visual form, reanimating archival photographs and revealing motherhood as a dynamic identity, continually formed through the interplay of personal recollection and collective inheritance.
